The cupsUTF32ToUTF8() function in CUPS's cups/transcode.c lacks a source-length bound and can read past the end of the source buffer, resulting in a heap out-of-bounds read. This is reachable via SNMP supply-description parsing in backend/snmp-supplies.c with attacker-controlled content.

CVE-2026-84968 1 Mongodb 1 Php Driver 2026-09-10 5.3 Medium
An out-of-bounds read in the BSON decoding component of the MongoDB PHP driver may allow an unauthenticated party who supplies specially formed input to have a small amount of adjacent process memory copied into an error message that is returned to application code. This may result in unintended disclosure of limited memory contents.
CVE-2026-87795 1 Luben 1 Zstd-jni 2026-09-10 8.2 High
zstd-jni versions before 1.5.7-14 fail to validate offset and length parameters in the ZstdDictCompress constructor, allowing out-of-bounds memory reads. Attackers can supply untrusted offset or length values to read native heap memory into the compression dictionary, typically causing JVM crashes.
CVE-2026-87823 1 Luben 1 Zstd-jni 2026-09-10 8.2 High
zstd-jni before 1.5.7-14 performs 32-bit signed bounds checks on three direct-ByteBuffer frame-size native methods, allowing out-of-bounds memory reads via negative or overflowing offsets. Attackers can supply negative offset values near Integer.MIN_VALUE to read unmapped memory, causing JVM termination or extracting arbitrary frame size data from unintended memory locations.
CVE-2026-87824 1 Luben 1 Zstd-jni 2026-09-10 7.5 High
zstd-jni before 1.5.7-14 fails to validate the samples buffer capacity in Zstd.trainFromBufferDirect, allowing attackers to read past buffer boundaries by supplying oversized per-sample lengths. Attackers can trigger out-of-bounds memory access by providing crafted sample length arrays that cause the native implementation to walk past the buffer allocation, resulting in JVM termination.
CVE-2026-87525 2 Google, Microsoft 2 Chrome, Windows 2026-09-10 2.7 Low
Out of bounds read in Chromoting in Google Chrome on on Windows prior to 153.0.8010.36 allowed a local attacker to read memory outside the sandbox via a local program. (Chromium security severity: High)
CVE-2026-89046 2026-09-10 8.2 High
zstd-jni versions 1.5.5-6 through 1.5.7-13 contain an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in Zstd.getFrameContentSize that fails to validate negative srcPosition arguments. Attackers can supply negative offset values that bypass bounds checks and reach the native frame-header parser, causing out-of-bounds memory reads that lead to information disclosure or JVM crashes.
CVE-2026-88054 2026-09-10 N/A
Tesseract is an open source OCR engine. In version 5.5.3 and earlier, Plumbing::DeSerialize in src/lstm/plumbing.cpp rejects excessively large network stacks but accepts a zero-length stack for NT_SERIES, NT_PARALLEL, or NT_REVERSED layers in a crafted .traineddata model. During LSTMRecognizer initialization in src/lstm/lstmrecognizer.cpp, CacheXScaleFactor(XScaleFactor()) reaches Series::CacheXScaleFactor in src/lstm/series.cpp, which dereferences stack_[0] on the empty vector and invokes a virtual method through an invalid Network pointer. This causes a deterministic crash and denial of service at model load. No fixed release is available as of this review.
CVE-2026-61908 1 Cyrusimap 1 Cyrus Imap 2026-09-10 3.1 Low
An issue was discovered in Cyrus IMAP before 3.12.4. A JMAP email-header blob ID can reference an out-of-bounds index. An authenticated user could attempt to download a crafted JMAP blob ID of the form H<emailid>-<index>, which could read past the end of the internal blob_headers array during download, exposing adjacent heap memory.
CVE-2026-58011 2 Gnome, Redhat 14 Glib, Cert Manager, Discovery and 11 more 2026-09-10 6.5 Medium
A flaw was found in GLib. An out-of-bounds read of only 2 bytes can occur in the g_date_time_get_ymd function in the glib/gdatetime.c file when an invalid GDateTime object produced by the g_date_time_add_full function is processed. This flaw can corrupt the date output and potentially cause logic errors that may lead to a denial of service.
CVE-2026-12891 3 Gstreamer, Gstreamer Project, Redhat 3 Gstreamer, Gstreamer Plugin, Enterprise Linux 2026-09-10 4.3 Medium
A flaw was found in the GStreamer gst-plugins-bad package. When processing a malformed H.266/VVC video stream with a crafted aspect ratio indicator value, the H.266 parser performs an out-of-bounds read of up to 8 bytes from adjacent memory. This flaw allows an attacker to craft a malicious H.266 video file or stream that, when processed by a GStreamer-based application, could leak limited memory contents through video metadata, potentially exposing sensitive information from the application's address space.
CVE-2026-12892 3 Gstreamer, Gstreamer Project, Redhat 3 Gstreamer, Gstreamer Plugin, Enterprise Linux 2026-09-10 4.4 Medium
A flaw was found in GStreamer's gst-plugins-bad package. When processing a specially crafted H.264 video file containing malformed MVC or SVC extension slice NAL units, a 1-byte heap out-of-bounds read can occur during parsing. This happens when the parser attempts to check slice boundary information without first verifying that the NAL unit contains enough data beyond the extension header. An attacker could exploit this by tricking a user into opening a malicious H.264 video file, potentially causing the application to crash or leak a single byte of heap memory.
