Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.3-12.2.15. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management for Public Sector. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and while the vulnerability is in Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management for Public Sector, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management for Public Sector accessible data as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management for Public Sector accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 6.1 (Confidentiality and Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N). | ||||
| CVE-2026-86744 | 1 Snipeitapp | 1 Snipe-it | 2026-09-18 | 2.2 Low |
| Snipe-IT 8.6.3 and earlier (and develop pre-release commits prior to the fix) contain a race condition in the asset checkout paths. Api\AssetsController::checkout() and Assets\AssetCheckoutController::store() call Asset::availableForCheckout() outside the mutation path and then invoke Asset::checkOut() without taking a row lock or re-checking availability, so two concurrent checkout requests for the same available asset can both observe it as available and both commit. This produces duplicate checkout-history rows, a doubled checkout_counter, and two CheckoutableCheckedOut events for a single-assignment asset, corrupting the audit trail and utilization/reconciliation reporting; the asset's final assigned_to remains singular, so the visible assignment stays intact. Exploitation requires an authenticated session holding the assets.checkout permission (or superuser) and precise concurrent timing. Fixed in 8.7.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86739 | 2 Grokability, Snipeitapp | 2 Snipe-it, Snipe-it | 2026-09-18 | 3.1 Low |
| Snipe-IT 8.6.3 and earlier do not check the return value of Storage::put() when writing the signature PNG and the generated acceptance PDF in Account\AcceptanceController::store(). On filesystem drivers that return false instead of throwing on a write failure (for example the local disk with restrictive permissions, S3 with expired credentials, or a storage backend that is out of quota), execution continues into $acceptance->accept(), which sets accepted_at and the signature_filename/eula_filename fields, creates the 'accepted' action-log entry, and dispatches completion notifications even though the evidence files were never stored. The result is an acceptance record marked complete whose supporting evidence files do not exist, yielding a materially incomplete compliance artifact for EULA acknowledgement or equipment-receipt workflows. The condition is triggered when an authenticated user completes an acceptance while the storage backend is silently failing writes; an attacker cannot directly force the storage backend into that state. Fixed in Snipe-IT 8.7.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86416 | 1 Ilias | 1 Ilias | 2026-09-18 | 5.4 Medium |
| ILIAS versions before 9.23, 10.11, and 11.4 contain an authorization bypass vulnerability in ilObjGroupGUI where saveMapSettingsObject() and updateGroupTypeObject() perform state-changing operations without write permission checks. Authenticated users with only read access to a group can craft POST requests to modify group map settings and didactic template assignments, changing group modes and permissions for all members. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86255 | 1 Wger | 1 Wger | 2026-09-18 | 6.5 Medium |
| wger before 2.5 fails to validate the maximum duration of routine date ranges, allowing authenticated users to create routines spanning arbitrarily long periods. Attackers can trigger the date_sequence computation via routine detail endpoints, forcing the server to iterate thousands of times per request and exhaust worker threads, denying service to legitimate users. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86250 | 1 H3js | 1 H3 | 2026-09-18 | 7.5 High |
| h3 versions before 2.0.1-rc.18 fail to validate the chunk count parsed from user-controlled cookie values in setChunkedCookie() and deleteChunkedCookie() functions. Attackers can send a crafted cookie header with an extremely large chunk count to trigger an O(n²) cleanup loop that hangs the server process. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86200 | 1 Pmmp | 1 Pocketmine-mp | 2026-09-18 | 5.3 Medium |
| PocketMine-MP versions before 5.42.1 contain a denial of service vulnerability in the LoginPacket handler that allows remote attackers to flood warning messages by injecting numerous junk properties into the clientData JWT. Attackers can craft malicious login packets with excessive unknown properties to waste server CPU time and degrade performance. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86194 | 1 Getgrav | 2 Grav, Grav-plugin-form | 2026-09-18 | N/A |
| Grav Form Plugin before 9.1.22 fails to verify page authorization when resolving forms by name across pages, allowing anonymous visitors to execute form actions defined on login-restricted or unpublished pages. Attackers can POST to any public page with a restricted form's name to trigger save, upload, email, or call actions without authentication. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86189 | 1 Wwbn | 1 Avideo | 2026-09-18 | 9.8 Critical |
| WWBN AVideo contains a path traversal vulnerability in notify.ffmpeg.json.php that allows unauthenticated attackers to write files to arbitrary locations by supplying a caller-chosen path in the avideoRelativePath parameter. Attackers can replay any previously issued ciphertext as a notifyCode token, which is decrypted but never validated, to bypass authentication and write files to the application root and subdirectories. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86184 | 1 Laradashboard | 2 Lara Dashboard, Laradashboard | 2026-09-18 | 9.8 Critical |
| Lara Dashboard before 1.3.0 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability in the screenshot-login route that allows unauthenticated attackers to authenticate as any user by email when APP_ENV is not production. Attackers can request the GET /screenshot-login/{email} endpoint with a registered email address to receive a fully authenticated session, enabling access to user administration, settings, database contents, and arbitrary code execution through the module installer. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86176 | 2 Netbox, Netbox-community | 2 Netbox, Netbox | 2026-09-18 | 4.3 Medium |
| NetBox through 4.7.0 fails to properly scope user-private records in REST and GraphQL API endpoints for Notifications, Subscriptions, and Bookmarks. Authenticated users with view permissions can access all users' private records through unscoped querysets, disclosing which users watch or bookmark which objects. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86124 | 1 Hkuds | 1 Autoagent | 2026-09-18 | 9.8 Critical |
| AutoAgent contains an unauthenticated remote code execution vulnerability in the TCP server that binds to all interfaces and executes attacker-supplied commands as root. Attackers can connect to the exposed communication port and execute arbitrary bash commands within the container, gaining access to bind-mounted host workspace directories. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86119 | 1 Webstudio | 1 Ultimate Loan Manager | 2026-09-18 | 8.6 High |
| Webstudio through 0.296.0 contains an unauthenticated server-side request forgery vulnerability in the /cgi/image, /cgi/video, and /cgi/asset proxy routes when RESIZE_ORIGIN environment variable is unset. Attackers can supply arbitrary URLs to these endpoints to read cloud instance metadata, access internal services, and perform network reconnaissance on the instance infrastructure. | ||||
| CVE-2026-77616 | 2026-09-18 | 6.1 Medium | ||
| Semantic MediaWiki is a free, open-source extension to MediaWiki that lets users store and query data within the wiki's pages. In versions 7.0.0 through 7.1.0, `Special:Ask` accepts a `cursor` query parameter for keyset pagination (added in 7.0.0). The token is decoded by `CursorEncoder`, which is an **unsigned** base64url-encoded JSON blob, so its contents are fully attacker-controlled. When the cursor's sort anchor does not match the request's `sort=` / `order=`, `QueryCreator::applyCursorIfRequested()` builds an error message by interpolating the attacker-controlled `sort_prop` / `sort_order` values into a raw string via `Query::addErrors()`. Unlike SMW's message-key errors, this raw string bypasses the message layer's sanitization (`ProcessingErrorMsgHandler::normalizeAndDecodeMessages()` passes a non-key, non-encoded string through unchanged). `ErrorWidget::queryError()` then assembles the errors and passes them to `Html::errorBox()`, whose first argument is emitted as raw HTML. The result is a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability: a crafted `cursor` token containing markup in `sort_prop` (or `sort_order`) executes script in the victim's browser on the wiki origin. No authentication or special permission is required. The payload is delivered via a crafted link. Version 7.2.0 contains a fix. | ||||
| CVE-2026-77409 | 1 Rabbitmq | 1 Amqp091-go | 2026-09-18 | 7.5 High |
| RabbitMQ amqp091-go is a Go AMQP 0.9.1 client. Prior to 1.13.0, Channel.dispatch in channel.go, confirms.confirm in confirms.go, and Connection.dispatch0 in connection.go synchronously send publisher confirmations, flow-control events, consumer cancellations, returned messages, including NotifyConfirm events and connection block notifications, to application-provided channels. If a listener channel is unbuffered, full, or not drained promptly, the sole reader goroutine blocks and stops processing frames, acknowledgments, deliveries, and heartbeats. Broker-driven event bursts can therefore cause connection stalls, missed heartbeats, deadlocks, and disconnection. This issue is fixed in version 1.13.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-77405 | 1 Rabbitmq | 1 Amqp091-go | 2026-09-18 | N/A |
| RabbitMQ amqp091-go is a Go AMQP 0.9.1 client. Prior to 1.13.0, tlsConfigFromURI in uri.go creates tls.Config values without setting MinVersion to tls.VersionTLS12. Builds using a Go runtime whose default permits TLS 1.0 or TLS 1.1 can therefore negotiate an obsolete protocol version when connecting through an amqps URI. A network attacker able to influence TLS negotiation with such a legacy build may weaken transport protection for AMQP messages and credentials. This issue is fixed in version 1.13.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-75584 | 1 Nasajpl | 1 Iondtn | 2026-09-18 | 7.5 High |
| ION-DTN before 4.2.1-a.1 contains a denial of service vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to crash the ION process by sending a BPv7 bundle with a zero-length payload. The canonicalizePayloadBlock() function in bpsec_util.c passes bundle->payload.length to zco_clone() without validating it against zero, causing a failed CHKZERO assertion that triggers sm_Abort() and terminates the process with SIGABRT before any HMAC verification occurs, requiring no valid key or credential to exploit. | ||||
| CVE-2026-74909 | 1 Redhat | 2 Build Keycloak, Red Hat Single Sign On | 2026-09-18 | 8.1 High |
| Keycloak provides a policy enforcer to protect applications by matching incoming web requests against defined security policies. A flaw was found where the enforcer fails to correctly normalize web addresses that contain special encoded characters, such as those representing semicolons or directory traversal segments. An authenticated user can use these encoded characters to trick the enforcer into applying a less restrictive security policy than intended, potentially gaining unauthorized access to sensitive administrative or private application endpoints. | ||||
| CVE-2026-63671 | 1 Nuxt-content | 1 Mdc | 2026-09-18 | 8.1 High |
| MDC is a tool to take regular Markdown and write documents interacting deeply with a Vue component. Prior to 0.22.1, @nuxtjs/mdc uses parseMarkdown with allowDangerousHtml enabled by default and relies on validateProps, validateProp, and unsafeLinkPrefix to remove executable URLs from untrusted Markdown. validateProp checks only attributes named href or src, allowing an SVG xlink:href value represented as xLinkHref to retain a javascript: URL that executes in the page origin when selected. The data:text/html denylist entries are also compared against url.protocol, which is only data:, so an iframe src containing data:text/html survives sanitization and executes in an opaque origin when loaded. Plain href javascript: URLs, srcdoc, object, script, and base elements are already blocked, making these two paths specific sibling gaps in the sanitizer. This issue is fixed in version 0.22.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-61709 | 1 Openfga | 1 Openfga | 2026-09-18 | 5.3 Medium |
| OpenFGA is an authorization and permission engine built for developers. Prior to 1.18.1, the ListUsers API could return a user that should have been excluded when an authorization relation used an intersection containing a base but not excluded operand, the base was granted through a type-bound public wildcard, and the excluded user also had a concrete tuple through another intersection operand. In pkg/server/commands/listusers/list_users_rpc.go, expandIntersection counted the concrete tuple and wildcard without first rejecting entries in excludedUsersMap. Applications that used ListUsers to enumerate or enforce access could therefore treat an excluded user as authorized. This issue is fixed in version 1.18.1. | ||||
