| In Eclipse Arrowhead versions from 5.0.0 to 5.2.1 the management-authorization gate that protects every /…/mgmt/… REST endpoint decides whether to apply its check by calling request.getRequestURL().toString().contains("/mgmt/"). Tomcat returns getRequestURL() un-decoded, while Spring MVC's DispatcherServlet routes on the decoded path. Requesting /serviceregistry/%6Dgmt/systems (%6D == m) therefore fails the substring check — the filter falls through without authorising — yet is decoded to /serviceregistry/mgmt/systems and dispatched to the management controller. Spring Security's StrictHttpFirewall (active via spring-boot-starter-security in arrowhead-common) only rejects encoded / \ . % ; and null bytes, so percent-encoded ASCII letters pass through. Any authenticated system — regardless of privilege — can reach every management operation, including POST /authentication/mgmt/identities which creates new sysop accounts, yielding full administrative takeover of the local cloud. |

When sending 0-byte packets via TPACKET ring buffer on devices with no
hard header (e.g. dev->hard_header_len == 0), tpacket_fill_skb()
populates an skb with skb->len == 0 and returns 0. tpacket_snd() then
forwards this empty skb to packet_xmit(), causing __dev_queue_xmit() to
hit skb_assert_len(skb).
Similar checks exist in packet_snd() via commit dc633700f00f
("net/af_packet: check len when min_header_len equals to 0") and in
packet_sendmsg_spkt() via commit 6a341729fb31 ("af_packet: Don't send
zero-byte data in packet_sendmsg_spkt().").
Return -EINVAL in tpacket_fill_skb() when skb->len is zero to reject
zero-length packets in tpacket_snd(). |

| The TranslatePress – Translate Multilingual sites with AI Translation plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 3.3.1 via the 'trp_get_translations_regular' AJAX action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to extract the raw administrator password-reset URL — including the plaintext reset key and login parameters stored in the translation dictionary table — enabling full administrator account takeover. This vulnerability is only exploitable when automatic string saving is enabled (the default setting) and the target administrator's profile locale is set to a published secondary language, as these conditions cause the password-reset URL to be persisted as a translatable string in the secondary-language dictionary table. |
| Punk::Plugin::TOTP versions before 0.05 for Perl allow the second-factor attempt limit to be reset by replaying an earlier session cookie because the challenge route counts failures in the session.
The POST handler on challenge_path keeps the failure count as tries inside the totp_pending record in the session, raising it on each rejected code and deleting the pending record once it reaches attempts, five by default. Punk::Session carries the session in a signed cookie unless the application declares a store, and keeps no server-side record, so an earlier value of the same session stays valid until the expiry stamped inside it. A client that saves the cookie before its failed attempts and presents it again gets the pending record back with its counter, and the limit never fires. The replayed record is accepted while its own expiry, pending_ttl seconds from the challenge and 300 by default, has not passed.
Sessions declared with a store are not affected: the pending record and its counter then live server-side.
The attempt limit does not bound guessing of the second factor, which is left to the per-address rate limit the plugin registers on the same path, 30 requests per 60 seconds. |
