CVSS v3.1 |
| Concurrent execution using shared resource with improper synchronization ('race condition') in Windows Connected Devices Platform Service allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Time-of-check time-of-use (toctou) race condition in GitHub Copilot and Visual Studio allows an authorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| Time-of-check time-of-use (toctou) race condition in Windows HTTP.sys allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Concurrent execution using shared resource with improper synchronization ('race condition') in Windows Subsystem for Linux allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Concurrent execution using shared resource with improper synchronization ('race condition') in Windows Kernel allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Race condition in the JavaScript: GC component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 148 and Thunderbird 148. |
| Race condition vulnerability in the permission management service. Impact: Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may affect availability. |
| Effect is a TypeScript framework that consists of several packages that work together to help build TypeScript applications. Prior to version 3.20.0, when using `RpcServer.toWebHandler` (or `HttpApp.toWebHandlerRuntime`) inside a Next.js App Router route handler, any Node.js `AsyncLocalStorage`-dependent API called from within an Effect fiber can read another concurrent request's context — or no context at all. Under production traffic, `auth()` from `@clerk/nextjs/server` returns a different user's session. Version 3.20.0 contains a fix for the issue. |
| UAF vulnerability in the screen management module.
Impact: Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may affect availability. |
| AIOHTTP is an asynchronous HTTP client/server framework for asyncio and Python. Prior to version 3.13.4, on Windows the static resource handler may expose information about a NTLMv2 remote path. This issue has been patched in version 3.13.4. |
| OpenNebula Community Edition (CE) before 7.0.0 and Enterprise Edition (EE) before 6.10.3 have a critical FireEdge race condition that can lead to full account takeover. By exploiting this, an unauthenticated attacker can obtain a valid JSON Web Token (JWT) belonging to a legitimate user without knowledge of their credentials. |
| Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages. Angular uses a DI container (the "platform injector") to hold request-specific state during server-side rendering. For historical reasons, the container was stored as a JavaScript module-scoped global variable. When multiple requests are processed concurrently, they could inadvertently share or overwrite the global injector state. In practical terms, this can lead to one request responding with data meant for a completely different request, leaking data or tokens included on the rendered page or in response headers. As long as an attacker had network access to send any traffic that received a rendered response, they may have been able to send a large number of requests and then inspect the responses for information leaks. The APIs `bootstrapApplication`, `getPlatform`, and `destroyPlatform` were vulnerable and required SSR-only breaking changes.
The issue has been patched in all active release lines as well as in the v21 prerelease. Patched packages include `@angular/platform-server` 21.0.0-next.3, 20.3.0, 19.2.15, and 18.2.14 and `@angular/ssr` 21.0.0-next.3, 20.3.0, 19.2.16, and 18.2.21. Several workarounds are available. Disable SSR via Server Routes or builder options, remove any asynchronous behavior from custom `bootstrap` functions, remove uses of `getPlatform()` in application code, and/or ensure that the server build defines `ngJitMode` as false. |
| Quadient DS-700 iQ devices through 2025-09-30 might have a race condition during the quick clicking of (in order) the Question Mark button, the Help Button, the About button, and the Help Button, leading to a transition out of kiosk mode into local administrative access. NOTE: the reporter indicates that the "behavior was observed sporadically" during "limited time on the client site," making it not "possible to gain more information about the specific kiosk mode crashing issue," and the only conclusion was "there appears to be some form of race condition." Accordingly, there can be doubt that a reproducible cybersecurity vulnerability was identified; sporadic software crashes can also be caused by a hardware fault on a single device (for example, transient RAM errors). The reporter also describes a variety of other issues, including initial access via USB because of the absence of a "lock-pick resistant locking solution for the External Controller PC cabinet," which is not a cybersecurity vulnerability (section 4.1.5 of the CNA Operational Rules). Finally, it is unclear whether the device or OS configuration was inappropriate, given that the risks are typically limited to insider threats within the mail operations room of a large company. |
| node-tar is a Tar for Node.js. In 7.5.1, using .t (aka .list) with { sync: true } to read tar entry contents returns uninitialized memory contents if tar file was changed on disk to a smaller size while being read. This vulnerability is fixed in 7.5.2. |
| Agno is a multi-agent framework, runtime and control plane. From 2.0.0 to before 2.2.2, under high concurrency, when session_state is passed to Agent or Team during run or arun calls, a race condition can occur, causing a session_state to be assigned and persisted to the incorrect session. This may result in user data from one session being exposed to another user. This has been patched in version 2.2.2. |
| Manager-io/Manager is accounting software. In Manager Desktop and Server versions 25.11.1.3085 and below, a critical vulnerability permits unauthorized access to internal network resources. The flaw lies in the fundamental design of the DNS validation mechanism. A Time-of-Check Time-of-Use (TOCTOU) condition that allows attackers to bypass network isolation and access internal services, cloud metadata endpoints, and protected network segments. The Desktop edition requires no authentication; the Server edition requires only standard authentication. This issue is fixed in version 25.11.1.3086. |
| MJML through 4.18.0 allows mj-include directory traversal to test file existence and (in the type="css" case) read files. NOTE: this issue exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2020-12827. |
| There exists a TOCTOU race condition in TvSettings AppRestrictionsFragment.java that lead to start of attacker supplied activity in Settings’ context, i.e. system-uid context, thus lead to launchAnyWhere. The core idea is to utilize the time window between the check of Intent and the use to Intent to change the target component’s state, thus bypass the original security sanitize function. |
| Velocidex WinPmem versions 4.1 and below suffer from an Improper Input Validation vulnerability whereby an attacker with admin access can trigger a BSOD with a parallel thread changing the memory’s access right under the control of the user-mode application. This is due to verification only being performed at the beginning of the routine allowing the userspace to change page permissions half way through the routine. A valid workaround is a rule to detect unauthorized loading of winpmem outside incident response operations. |
| Race condition in some Intel(R) System Security Report and System Resources Defense firmware may allow a privileged user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
