The cluster bus packet parser, responsible for handling PING, PONG, and MEET packets, fails to properly validate string-carrying extensions for null-termination. This oversight allows a remote attacker to craft a malicious packet, leading to an out-of-bounds read when the packet's payload is processed. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could result in the disclosure of sensitive information or a remote denial of service (DoS). |

| OpenDDS is an open source C++ implementation of the Object Management Group (OMG) Data Distribution Service (DDS). Prior to 3.34.0, a network attacker can crash a reachable OpenDDS participant by sending a malformed RTPS UDP submessage whose crafted length or sequence-number state causes dds/DCPS/transport/rtps_udp/RtpsUdpReceiveStrategy.cpp in RtpsUdpReceiveStrategy::handle_input() to advance ACE_Message_Block::rd_ptr() beyond valid data. The parser can then call dds/DCPS/transport/rtps_udp/RtpsSampleHeader.cpp in RtpsSampleHeader::init(), which dereferences the invalid read pointer without first validating it against wr_ptr() or ensuring that a complete submessage header remains. The resulting SIGSEGV occurs in the receive thread, terminates the DDS process, and destroys the DDS entities hosted by that participant. No authentication, prior protocol state, or victim interaction is required. This issue is fixed in version 3.34.0. |

| Vendure is an open-source headless commerce platform. Prior to 3.6.5, the public Shop GraphQL API allows an unauthenticated caller to supply a catastrophically backtracking pattern through StringOperators.regex. packages/core/src/service/helpers/list-query-builder/parse-filter-params.ts passes the raw pattern to the REGEXP implementation registered by packages/core/src/service/helpers/list-query-builder/list-query-builder.ts, and better-sqlite3 and sqljs evaluate it synchronously in the Node.js event loop. ShopProductsResolver.products is publicly reachable, so one nested-quantifier pattern can block request processing and make the storefront and admin API unavailable, while repeated requests can sustain denial of service. PostgreSQL and MySQL or MariaDB deployments do not execute this regular expression in the Node.js event loop. This issue is fixed in version 3.6.5. |
| OpenImageIO is a toolset for reading, writing, and manipulating image files of any image file format relevant to VFX / animation. Prior to versions 3.0.16.0 and 3.1.11.0, processing a crafted BMP file through oiiotool or an application linked to OpenImageIO can reach BMP palette handling in src/bmp.imageio/bmpinput.cpp with an empty color table. BmpInput::read_native_scanline then performs an invalid palette read while decoding an RLE-compressed scanline, causing a process crash and denial of service. This issue is fixed in versions 3.0.16.0 and 3.1.11.0. |
| vLLM through 0.29.0 contains a memory corruption vulnerability in the Triton _bincount_kernel where prompt token IDs index the penalty prompt-presence bitset without bounds checking against vocabulary size. Attackers can submit multimodal audio requests with tokens equal to vocabulary size, causing out-of-bounds writes that corrupt concurrent requests' sampler state and alter repetition penalty behavior. |
| vLLM before 0.29.0 validates allowed_token_ids against tokenizer length instead of model output logits width in SamplingParams._validate_allowed_token_ids(). Attackers can supply token IDs above the output vocabulary that pass validation, causing LogitBiasState to corrupt GPU logits state and allow concurrent requests to sample tokens outside their allowlists. |
| deepmerge through 4.3.1 contains a prototype poisoning vulnerability in the mergeObject() function that fails to properly validate keys being written to target objects. Attackers can supply malicious source objects in merge operations to inject attacker-controlled properties into the returned object's prototype, causing applications to inherit unintended values when accessing properties without own-property checks. |
| A flaw was found in Netty's StompSubframeDecoder component. A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending a specially crafted STOMP frame body without its terminating null byte. This causes the decoder to allocate a ByteBuf (a buffer for bytes) that is never released, leading to a permanent memory leak. Over time, this uncontrolled memory consumption can result in a Denial of Service (DoS) for the application using the affected STOMP codec. |
| A vulnerability was identified in GPAC 26.08-DEV. This vulnerability affects the function gf_rtp_parse_ttxt of the file src/ietf/rtp_depacketizer.c of the component RTP Depacketizer. Such manipulation of the argument size leads to out-of-bounds read. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. Upgrading to version abi-16.26 is able to resolve this issue. The name of the patch is 6bb0f64b4d1039c0fecd14ee2c1ee861d8661a68. The affected component should be upgraded. |
| vm2 through 3.11.6 contains a builtin-module denylist bypass in NodeVM. When the embedder uses the builtin wildcard together with negative entries (e.g. require: { builtin: ['*', '-fs', '-child_process'] }), negative entries are matched by exact module name in lib/builtin.js, so -fs removes only the builtin named fs and does not remove builtin subpaths such as fs/promises. Sandboxed code can therefore call require('fs/promises') or require('node:fs/promises') and reach the promise-based filesystem API despite fs being denied; node: prefix handling is likewise inconsistent (a -node:fs/promises entry does not block require('fs/promises')). Host file creation and writing were confirmed via fsp.writeFile(), and other fs/promises operations (cp, mkdir, rename, rm, rmdir, truncate, read operations, etc.) are also reachable. This issue is fixed in vm2 3.11.7. |
| vm2 before 3.11.7 (affected versions <= 3.11.6) does not enforce the VM({ timeout }) option on code executed outside the synchronous VM#run() call. The timeout only wraps the single call to _runScript() via doWithTimeout() in lib/vm.js, and FinalizationRegistry and WeakRef are exposed to sandboxed code unmodified (they are not among the hardened globals in lib/setup-sandbox.js). Sandboxed code can register a FinalizationRegistry cleanup callback against an object and then drop the only strong reference to it; vm.run() returns within the configured timeout, but when the V8 garbage collector later reclaims the object it invokes the sandboxed cleanup callback outside any vm2 timeout accounting. A busy loop in that callback blocks the host event loop for an unbounded period, resulting in denial of service. The time of invocation depends on the garbage collector (e.g. under memory pressure or with --expose-gc). |
| joi (npm package `joi`, hapi.js) versions >=17.2.0 <17.13.7 and >=18.0.0 <18.2.6 are vulnerable to regular expression denial of service in the `Joi.string().isoDate()` validation rule. One of the regular expressions the rule applies to the input is unanchored, so a valid ISO date followed by a long run of fractional-second digits causes the regex engine to restart its search from every position in the string, yielding time proportional to the square of the input length (about 1.4 s for 64 KB of digits and about 22 s for 256 KB). A remote attacker who can supply a string to an isoDate validation can stall the application with a single request. Fixed in 17.13.7 and 18.2.6; as a workaround, cap the length of the string before it reaches joi. |
| CordysCRM is an open source AI-powered customer relationship management system that supports private deployment. From 1.7.0 until 1.7.4, POST /account-pool/page allows an authenticated caller with MODULE_SETTING_UPDATE to place an arbitrary database function in SortRequest.name because CustomerPoolController.page omits Spring request validation, SortRequest.getName relies on an incomplete blacklist, and the CommonMapper.xml sort fragment inserts ${sortName} into an ORDER BY clause. Functions such as extractvalue and updatexml bypass the blacklist and can expose database values through an error oracle when the query returns at least one row. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.4. |

| FluidSynth is a software synthesizer based on the SoundFont 2 specifications. From 2.5.0 until 2.5.6, the native DLS parser validates ptbl chunks with the unsigned expression cues * 4 + cbsize without checking whether the multiplication and addition fit in 32 bits. A crafted DLS file can supply a large cues value that wraps the expression and passes the chunk-size check, causing poolcues.resize(cues) to request approximately four gigabytes and the parser to read billions of entries beyond the chunk boundary. The excessive allocation and invalid reads can cause denial of service. Builds with enable-native-dls set to OFF are not exposed. This issue is fixed in version 2.5.6. |
| FluidSynth is a software synthesizer based on the SoundFont 2 specifications. From 2.5.0 until 2.5.6, the native DLS parser validates articulation chunks using the unsigned expression cbsize + connblocks * 12 without first ensuring that the multiplication and addition fit in 32 bits. A crafted DLS file can supply a large connblocks value that wraps the expression and bypasses the chunk-size check, after which the parser performs approximately one billion 12-byte iterations beyond the chunk boundary. The excessive processing and invalid reads can cause denial of service. Builds with the CMake option enable-native-dls set to OFF do not expose the parser. This issue is fixed in version 2.5.6. |
