CVSS v3.1 |
The FluentBoards WordPress plugin before 2.0.15 does not verify that a board member submitting a comment is the user the comment is attributed to, allowing any board member to post comments that appear to be authored by another user, including administrators.
A flaw was found in jwcrypto. The JWK.import_key() function validates the key_ops JWK member for duplicate values using an algorithm with O(n^2) time complexity, and the length of key_ops is not bounded. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can supply a JWK with a large key_ops array to an application that passes attacker-controlled key material to a public key-import API (reachable via ECDH-ES key agreement, OIDC dynamic client registration, DPoP, or ACME account key registration, among others) to consume excessive CPU time, resulting in a denial of service.
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
fs/ntfs3: validate ef->size covers the record's name and value
When an EA record has a non-zero ef->size, ntfs_read_ea() only checks
that the record fits in the remaining buffer (ea_size > bytes), not that
ef->size is large enough to hold the record's own name_len + 1 + elength.
A crafted image can pass validation with, e.g., ef->size = 24 but
elength = 0xffff. ntfs_get_ea() then trusts elength and copies it out of
the undersized record, reading past the kmalloc(info->size) allocation
and leaking heap memory to userspace via getxattr():
BUG: KASAN: slab-out-of-bounds in ntfs_get_ea (fs/ntfs3/xattr.c:302)

The buggy address is located 80 bytes inside of
allocated 84-byte region in cache kmalloc-96
Compute the size the record needs and require ef->size to cover it. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
fs/ntfs3: fix out-of-bounds read in read_log_rec_buf()
read_log_rec_buf() copies a log record into a caller buffer starting at
u32 off = lsn_to_page_off(log, lsn) + log->record_header_len;
log->record_header_len (and log->data_off, used for the following pages)
comes verbatim from the on-disk restart area and is only checked for
8-byte alignment in is_rst_area_valid(), so off can exceed
log->page_size. "tail = log->page_size - off" then underflows and
memcpy() reads past the page_size-sized buffer returned by
read_log_page(), spilling adjacent slab memory into the replay buffer.
This is reachable by mounting a crafted NTFS image:
BUG: KASAN: slab-out-of-bounds in read_log_rec_buf+0x216/0x580
Read of size 64 at addr ffff88800a877ff8 by task exploit/127

ntfs_fill_super fs/ntfs3/super.c:1392
get_tree_bdev_flags fs/super.c:1694
__x64_sys_mount fs/namespace.c:4360
The buggy address is located 4088 bytes to the right of
the 4096-byte region [ffff88800a876000, ffff88800a877000)
Reject an in-page offset outside the current page before the copy.

Vulnerability in the Oracle Commerce Guided Search / Oracle Commerce Experience Manager product of Oracle Commerce (component: Forge). The supported version that is affected is 11.4.0. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Commerce Guided Search / Oracle Commerce Experience Manager. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle Commerce Guided Search / Oracle Commerce Experience Manager. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.5 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H).
A vulnerability was determined in GPAC 26.07.0. This affects the function rmt_client_handle_ws_frame of the file src/utils/rmt_ws.c of the component WebSocket Handler. Executing a manipulation of the argument payload_size can lead to heap-based buffer overflow. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. Upgrading to version abi-16.26 is able to mitigate this issue. This patch is called 37bccbb30cf53a0e1a084cea9a1ce422b3ddfe12. Upgrading the affected component is recommended.
Tesseract is an open source OCR engine. In version 5.5.3 and earlier, Classify::ReadIntTemplates in src/classify/intproto.cpp reads NumClassPruners, NumClasses, and NumProtoSets from the TESSDATA_INTTEMP component of a crafted .traineddata file and uses those values as loop bounds without validating them against MAX_NUM_CLASS_PRUNERS, MAX_NUM_CLASSES, and MAX_NUM_PROTO_SETS. The loops store heap pointers into fixed-capacity ClassPruners and ProtoSets arrays in INT_TEMPLATES_STRUCT and INT_CLASS_STRUCT, so an oversized count causes heap out-of-bounds pointer writes during legacy-classifier initialization before OCR begins, resulting in heap corruption, a crash, or potentially controlled corruption. No fixed release is available as of this review.
Tesseract is an open source OCR engine. In version 5.5.3 and earlier, Plumbing::DeSerialize in src/lstm/plumbing.cpp rejects excessively large network stacks but accepts a zero-length stack for NT_SERIES, NT_PARALLEL, or NT_REVERSED layers in a crafted .traineddata model. During LSTMRecognizer initialization in src/lstm/lstmrecognizer.cpp, CacheXScaleFactor(XScaleFactor()) reaches Series::CacheXScaleFactor in src/lstm/series.cpp, which dereferences stack_[0] on the empty vector and invokes a virtual method through an invalid Network pointer. This causes a deterministic crash and denial of service at model load. No fixed release is available as of this review.
Dell Update Package Framework, versions prior to 26.07.03, contains an Unchecked Return Value vulnerability. A low privileged attacker with local access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Elevation of privileges.
In gf_algo_get_cached_dump_data of gf_algo.c, there is a possible out-of-bounds read due to a missing bounds check. This could lead to local information disclosure with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
ContiNew Admin through 4.1.0 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability in the personal message delete endpoint that allows authenticated users to delete other users' messages and announcements. Attackers can supply arbitrary message identifiers in the IdsReq parameter to remove any message row and purge all recipients' read receipts without ownership validation.
TDuck survey form through version 5.3 fails to validate webhook URLs or verify form ownership in the WebhookConfigController. Authenticated attackers can attach webhooks to other users' forms and exfiltrate submissions to arbitrary external or internal addresses.
Guns through 8.3.5 contains an information disclosure vulnerability in SysUserController where /sysUser/detail and /sysUser/page endpoints omit requiredPermission configuration, causing the permission interceptor to skip RBAC validation for authenticated users. Attackers with any valid login token can retrieve sensitive user information including account names, real names, email addresses, phone numbers, last login IPs, and role assignments for all users in the system.
In FsmReleaseKey of fsm.c, there is a possible permission bypass due to improper input validation. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
In Vp9DecEndOfStream of vp9hwd_output.cc, there is a possible out-of-bounds read due to an incorrect bounds check. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
The MultiVendorX WordPress plugin before 5.0.16 does not verify that a user owns the store they are acting on in one of its REST API routes, allowing any authenticated user, such as a subscriber, to overwrite any store's details and payout settings and to replace the record of who owns it.
The WP Import Export Lite WordPress plugin before 3.9.34 does not validate a user-supplied output path when writing export files, allowing users granted its export permission to write files with arbitrary names to arbitrary locations on the server, leading to remote code execution.
The WP Import Export Lite WordPress plugin before 3.9.33 does not restrict which PHP function may be applied to exported field values, allowing users granted its export permission to have arbitrary functions invoked on values they control, leading to remote code execution.
The WP Import Export Lite WordPress plugin before 3.9.33 does not validate the type, extension or content of files it retrieves from a user-supplied URL during import, allowing users granted its import permission to store arbitrary files, including executable ones, on the server and achieve remote code execution.
The WP Import Export Lite WordPress plugin before 3.9.33 does not validate a user-supplied file path before reading it and copying it into a publicly accessible directory, allowing any user whose role an administrator has granted the WP Import Export Lite WordPress plugin before 3.9.33's import permission to disclose sensitive files from the server, including files located outside the web root. The same code path also relaxes the file-system permissions of any path it is given, whether or not the copy succeeds.
