The out-of-bounds read occurs in the SessionSetupAndX handler before any credential validation, potentially exposing sensitive memory contents.

GeoNetwork is a catalog application to manage spatially referenced resources. Prior to 4.2.17 and 4.4.12, POST /api/tools/ogc/sld accepted a caller-supplied WMS server URL and performed a server-side HTTP GET without destination validation. An anonymous attacker could make the GeoNetwork server send requests to internal hosts that are not publicly reachable. When the outbound response was XML, the endpoint could store and return the fetched body, making the request forgery non-blind and enabling internal data disclosure, authorization bypass, and network reconnaissance. This issue is fixed in versions 4.2.17 and 4.4.12.

Allure 2 is the version 2.x branch of Allure Report, a multi-language test reporting tool. Prior to 2.39.0, the HTTP server started by allure serve and allure open uses URI.getPath() in Commands.setUpServer() in allure-commandline/src/main/java/io/qameta/allure/Commands.java and passes the percent-decoded request path to reportDirectory.resolve() without normalizing the result or confirming that it remains inside that directory. An unauthenticated client that can reach the server can submit parent-directory segments, including percent-encoded segments, and cause serveFile() to return any regular file readable by the Allure process. The server binds to localhost by default, but the --host option can expose it to other systems, and local users, adjacent containers, or browser-origin attacks may reach a local listener. This can disclose credentials, configuration, source code, build secrets, and other CI/CD data. This issue is fixed in version 2.39.0.

dbt-mcp is a Model Context Protocol server for interacting with dbt. Prior to 1.20.0, the local OAuth helper in src/dbt_mcp/oauth/fastapi_app.py exposes GET /dbt_platform_context without authentication or Host validation after a user completes the dbt Platform OAuth flow. The endpoint returns the full DbtPlatformContext, including access_token and refresh_token values persisted by the context manager, to any process that can reach 127.0.0.1:6785. The absence of TrustedHostMiddleware allows a remote attacker to use DNS rebinding against a victim's browser because the helper accepts arbitrary Host headers, while a co-located process can request the endpoint directly. The stolen tokens provide immediate dbt Platform API access as the victim and persistent access through the refresh token, allowing access to or modification of projects, jobs, environment secrets, and related account data. This issue is fixed in version 1.20.0.

The EmbedVideo Extension is a MediaWiki extension which adds a parser function called #ev and various parser tags for embedding video clips from various video sharing services. Prior to 4.1.0, EmbedHtmlFormatter::toHtml in includes/EmbedService/EmbedHtmlFormatter.php passes the user-supplied class value directly to sprintf while constructing a figure element. A quote in the class value can terminate the class attribute and inject arbitrary HTML attributes or markup into the rendered page. A user able to edit a wiki page can store JavaScript that executes for visitors who render the affected content. This issue is fixed in version 4.1.0.

langgraph-api implements the LangGraph API for rapid development and testing. Prior to 0.10.0, langgraph-api permits a run or cron to specify a relative webhook target that is delivered through an in-process loopback transport, and the authentication middleware treats that transport as internal without applying the authentication context used for external requests. In deployments that rely on per-user authorization to separate threads and runs, an authenticated user can direct a webhook to the server's own thread and run routes, allowing creation of a run on or modification of another user's thread and limited incorporation of the targeted thread's metadata into the created run record. The affected path requires webhook targets and per-user authorization boundaries; deployments that deliberately re-enable loopback delivery should restrict it to controlled same-process routes because those webhooks remain unauthenticated. This issue is fixed in version 0.10.0.

Strimzi provides a way to run an Apache Kafka cluster on Kubernetes or OpenShift in various deployment configurations. In Strimzi 1.0.0 and earlier, deploying only the Topic Operator or only the User Operator through the Kafka custom resource leaves the Entity Operator ServiceAccount with RBAC permissions for both components. The excess permissions can allow access to KafkaUser custom resources and Secrets when the User Operator is absent, or access to KafkaTopic custom resources when the Topic Operator is absent. This issue is fixed in versions 1.0.1 and 1.1.0.

WeasyPrint helps web developers to create PDF documents. Prior to 70.0, server-side applications that configure a restrictive url_fetcher and pass attacker-influenced values to HTML.write_pdf() can have the restriction bypassed through the xmp_metadata or stylesheets options. In weasyprint/pdf/init.py, xmp_metadata calls select_source() without the document url_fetcher, allowing an accessible local file to be read and embedded verbatim in the output PDF. In weasyprint/document.py, stylesheets constructs CSS() without the document url_fetcher, allowing local or internal resource loading and propagating the permissive fetcher through nested CSS imports and url() references. The stylesheets channel applies fetched resources but does not by itself disclose stylesheet comments verbatim. This issue is fixed in version 70.0.

Flask-Reuploaded provides file uploads for Flask. From 1.5.0 until 1.6.0, UploadSet.save(storage, name=...) in src/flask_uploads/flask_uploads.py applies lowercase_ext to the default upload path but uses the case-preserving extension helper for a caller-supplied name before extension_allowed evaluates an AllExcept denylist. An attacker who controls the name override can use a mixed-case dangerous extension to bypass a lowercase denylist and store the file in the served upload directory. Exploitation requires a denylist configuration, a user-influenced name override, and a deployment that resolves or executes extensions case-insensitively; pure allowlists remain protected and path containment is not bypassed. On an execution-capable upload directory, the stored file can execute with the web server's privileges and affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.0.

Nimiq is a Rust implementation of the Nimiq Proof-of-Stake protocol based on the Albatross consensus algorithm. Prior to 1.6.0, a malicious state-sync peer can crash a syncing node by sending a crafted TrieChunk proof containing two TrieProofNode values with identical keys. TrieProof::verify calls TrieProofNode::child_index in primitives/src/trie/trie_proof_node.rs, where is_prefix_of accepts equal keys and KeyNibbles::get is called at the key length, returns None, and is unconditionally unwrapped. Untrusted ResponseChunk data reaches commit_chunks, put_chunk, and proof.verify before cryptographic proof validation, so the attacker does not need a valid proof. Exploitation requires the attacker to be selected as the victim's sync peer during state sync, and the resulting panic is transient because the node restarts and resynchronizes. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.0.

safeurl is a server-side request forgery protection library. Prior to 0.2.4, the privateNetworks list in ip.go omits the IPv6 ranges 64:ff9b:1::/48, 5f00::/16, 3fff::/20, and 100:0:0:1::/64. When an application enables IPv6 with EnableIPv6(true), an attacker-controlled destination in one of these ranges is not recognized as non-public and can pass the SSRF destination check, potentially allowing access to resources hosted within the omitted ranges. IPv6 is disabled by default, and configurations that retain EnableIPv6(false) are not exposed to this bypass. This issue is fixed in version 0.2.4.

Inspektor Gadget is a set of tools and framework for data collection and system inspection on Kubernetes clusters and Linux hosts using eBPF. From 0.27.0 until 0.53.1, the uprobe library resolver can allow an unprivileged container to consume excessive CPU and block other containers from starting by supplying a crafted /etc/ld.so.cache file while an uprobe-based gadget is active. The parser in pkg/uprobetracer/ldcache_parser.go trusts EntryCount enough to perform excessive iteration, computes cache1Len with overflowing uint32 arithmetic, and repeatedly calls readStringFromBytes in pkg/uprobetracer/bytes.go, where byte-by-byte immutable string concatenation produces quadratic work. While this processing occurs, pkg/container-hook holds the fanotify container-start pause, allowing a crafted cache to delay startup for roughly a minute, prevent Docker from starting other containers, and degrade monitoring. Processing caches from already-running containers can still consume CPU but does not hold the new-container startup pause, and the advisory establishes no confidentiality or integrity impact. This issue is fixed in version 0.53.1.

docx4j is an open source Java library for creating, editing, and saving OpenXML packages, including DOCX, PPTX, and XLSX files. Prior to 11.5.14, PropertyResolver and adjacent helpers recursively follow the WordprocessingML w:basedOn style inheritance chain without cycle detection. A well-formed DOCX containing mutually based styles causes unbounded recursion in PropertyResolver.fillPPrStack and related effective-style resolution paths, resulting in StackOverflowError. Server-side conversion and table-of-contents processing of an untrusted document can terminate a worker thread, degrade a thread pool, or deny service, although isolation in disposable workers or safe containment of StackOverflowError can reduce the practical effect. The fix adds cyclic-style tracking and CyclicStylesException handling. This issue is fixed in version 11.5.14.

Fabric CA is a Certificate Authority for Hyperledger Fabric. Prior to 1.5.21, when fabric-ca is configured with an LDAP backend, Client.GetUser in lib/server/ldap/client.go inserts the username from HTTP Basic authentication into the LDAP uid search UserFilter without escaping LDAP metacharacters. An unauthenticated attacker with network access to the CA enrollment endpoint can alter the LDAP search before password validation and potentially steer authentication attempts toward a victim account. Deployments that do not use an LDAP backend are unaffected. This issue is fixed in version 1.5.21.
