CVSS v3.1 |
BPL Personal Weighing Scale PWS-01BT IND/09/18/599 devices send sensitive information in unencrypted BLE packets. (The packet data also lacks authentication and integrity protection.)
A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, was found in Blog Botz for Journal Theme 1.0 on OpenCart. This affects an unknown part of the file /index.php?route=extension/module/blog_add. The manipulation of the argument image leads to unrestricted upload. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
FACTION is a PenTesting Report Generation and Collaboration Framework. Authentication is bypassed when an attacker registers a new user with admin privileges. This is possible at any time without any authorization. The request must follow the validation rules (no missing information, secure password, etc) but there are no other controls stopping them. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.4.3.
Avantra Server 24.x before 24.0.7 and 24.1.x before 24.1.1 mishandles the security of dashboards, aka XAN-5367. If a user can create a dashboard with an auto-login user, data disclosure may occur. Access control can be bypassed when there is a shared dashboard, and its auto-login user has privileges that a dashboard visitor should not have.
In XLANG OpenAgents through fe73ac4, the allowed_file protection mechanism can be bypassed by using an incorrect file extension for the nature of the file content.
fleetdm/fleet is an open source device management, built on osquery. In vulnerable versions of Fleet, an attacker could craft a specially-formed SAML response to forge authentication assertions, provision a new administrative user account if Just-In-Time (JIT) provisioning is enabled, or create new accounts tied to forged assertions if f MDM enrollment is enabled. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.64.2, 4.63.2, 4.62.4, and 4.58.1.
The Nextend Social Login Pro plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authentication bypass in all versions up to, and including, 3.1.14. This is due to insufficient verification on the user being returned by the social login token. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to log in as any existing user on the site, such as an administrator, if they have access to the email and the user does not have an already-existing account for the service returning the token.
The User Toolkit plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authentication bypass in versions up to, and including, 1.2.3. This is due to an improper capability check in the 'switchUser' function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level permissions and above, to log in as any existing user on the site, such as an administrator. CVE-2024-50503 may be a duplicate.
Improper access control in the EDECCSSA user leaf function for some Intel(R) Processors with Intel(R) SGX may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable denial of service via local access.
Permissions bypass in M-Files Connector for Copilot before version 24.9.3 allows authenticated user to access limited amount of documents via incorrect access control list calculation
eLinkSmart Hidden Smart Cabinet Lock 2024-05-22 has Incorrect Access Control and fails to perform an authorization check which can lead to card duplication and other attacks.
Swissphone DiCal-RED 4009 devices allow an unauthenticated attacker use a port-2101 TCP connection to gain access to operation messages that are received by the device.
Improper access control in secure encrypted virtualization (SEV) could allow a privileged attacker to write to the reverse map page (RMP) during secure nested paging (SNP) initialization, potentially resulting in a loss of guest memory confidentiality and integrity.
An Improper Handling of Insufficient Permissions or Privileges vulnerability in scripts used in B&R APROL <4.4-00P5 may allow an authenticated local attacker to read credential information.
Swissphone DiCal-RED 4009 devices allow a remote attacker to gain read access to almost the whole file system via anonymous FTP.
access_device.cgi on Digiever DS-2105 Pro 3.1.0.71-11 devices allows arbitrary file read. NOTE: This vulnerability only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer.
cgi-bin/fdmcgiwebv2.cgi on Swissphone DiCal-RED 4009 devices allows an unauthenticated attacker to gain access to device logs.
Improper Authentication vulnerability in Play.Ht allows Accessing Functionality Not Properly Constrained by ACLs.This issue affects Play.Ht: from n/a through 3.6.4.
| The product does not handle or incorrectly handles when it has insufficient privileges to access resources or functionality as specified by their permissions. This may cause it to follow unexpected code paths that may leave the product in an invalid state. (CWE-280)
Hitachi Vantara Pentaho Business Analytics Server versions before 10.2.0.0 and 9.3.0.9, including 8.3.x, do not handle invalid and missing permissions correctly, resulting in a denial of service.
An adversary leverages a legitimate capability of an application in such a way as to achieve a negative technical impact. |
Firefly III is a free and open source personal finance manager. In affected versions an MFA bypass in the Firefly III OAuth flow may allow malicious users to bypass the MFA-check. This allows malicious users to use password spraying to gain access to Firefly III data using passwords stolen from other sources. As OAuth applications are easily enumerable using an incrementing id, an attacker could try sign an OAuth application up to a users profile quite easily if they have created one. The attacker would also need to know the victims username and password. This problem has been patched in Firefly III v6.1.17 and up. Users are advised to upgrade. Users unable to upgrade should Use a unique password for their Firefly III instance and store their password securely, i.e. in a password manager.
