CVSS v3.1 |
A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, was found in zyx0814 Pichome 2.1.0. This affects an unknown part of the file /index.php?mod=textviewer. The manipulation of the argument src leads to path traversal. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.
Beward N100 H.264 VGA IP Camera M2.1.6 contains an authenticated file disclosure vulnerability that allows attackers to read arbitrary system files via the 'READ.filePath' parameter. Attackers can exploit the fileread script or SendCGICMD API to access sensitive files like /etc/passwd and /etc/issue by supplying absolute file paths.
Favorites-web 1.3.0 favorites-web has a directory traversal vulnerability in SecurityFilter.java.
A path traversal vulnerability exists in A10 Networks AX Loadbalancer versions 2.6.1-GR1-P5, 2.7.0, and earlier. The vulnerability resides in the handling of the filename parameter in the /xml/downloads endpoint, which fails to properly sanitize user input. An unauthenticated attacker can exploit this flaw by sending crafted HTTP requests containing directory traversal sequences to read arbitrary files outside the intended directory. The files returned by the vulnerable endpoint are deleted from the system after retrieval. This can lead to unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information such as SSL certificates and private keys, as well as unintended file deletion.
| Multiple functions use archives without properly validating the filenames therein, rendering the application vulnerable to path traversal via 'zip slip' attacks.
An administrator able to provide tampered archives to be processed by the affected versions of Arc may be able to have arbitrary files extracted to arbitrary filesystem locations. Leveraging this issue, an attacker may be able to overwrite arbitrary files on the target filesystem and cause critical impacts on the system (e.g., arbitrary command execution on the victim’s machine). |
Directory Traversal vulnerability in Devan-Kerman ARRP v.0.8.1 and before allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code via the dumpDirect in RuntimeResourcePackImpl component.
Directory Traversal vulnerability in Speedy11CZ MCRPX v.1.4.0 and before allows a local attacker to execute arbitrary code via a crafted file.
matrix-rust-sdk is an implementation of a Matrix client-server library in Rust. Versions of the matrix-sdk-crypto Rust crate before 0.8.0 lack a dedicated mechanism to notify that a user's cryptographic identity has changed from a verified to an unverified one, which could cause client applications relying on the SDK to overlook such changes. matrix-sdk-crypto 0.8.0 adds a new VerificationLevel::VerificationViolation enum variant which indicates that a previously verified identity has been changed.
The Campbell Scientific CSI Web Server supports a command that will return the most recent file that matches a given expression. A specially crafted expression can lead to a path traversal vulnerability. This command combined with a specially crafted expression allows anonymous, unauthenticated access (allowed by default) by an attacker to files and directories outside of the webserver root directory they should be restricted to.
An issue was discovered in Kurmi Provisioning Suite before 7.9.0.35 and 7.10.x through 7.10.0.18. A Directory Traversal and Local File Inclusion vulnerability in the logsSys.do page allows remote attackers (authenticated as administrators) to trigger the display of unintended files. Any file accessible to the Kurmi user account could be displayed, e.g., configuration files with information such as the database password.
An issue was discovered in Kurmi Provisioning Suite before 7.9.0.35, 7.10.x through 7.10.0.18, and 7.11.x through 7.11.0.15. A path traversal vulnerability in the DocServlet servlet allows remote attackers to retrieve any file from the Kurmi web application installation folder, e.g., files such as the obfuscated and/or compiled Kurmi source code.
The Folders Pro plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing file type validation in the 'handle_folders_file_upload' function in all versions up to, and including, 3.0.2. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author access and above, to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible.
Directory Traversal vulnerability in yeqifu carRental v.1.0 allows a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information via the file/downloadFile.action?path= component.
The Folders and Folders Pro plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Directory Traversal in all versions up to, and including, 3.0 in Folders and 3.0.2 in Folders Pro via the 'handle_folders_file_upload' function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author access and above, to upload files to arbitrary locations on the server.
Directory Traversal vulnerability in Marimer LLC CSLA .Net before 8.0 allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code via a crafted script to the MobileFormatter component.
The network server of fceux 2.7.0 has a path traversal vulnerability, allowing attackers to overwrite any files on the server without authentication by fake ROM.
A vulnerability has been identified in GoldPanKit eva-server v4.1.0. It affects the path parameter of the /api/resource/local/download endpoint, where manipulation of this parameter can lead to arbitrary file download.
Path traversal vulnerability in “getAllFolderContents” function of Common Service Desktop, a GE HealthCare ultrasound device component
MPXJ is an open source library to read and write project plans from a variety of file formats and databases. The patch for the historical vulnerability CVE-2020-35460 in MPXJ is incomplete as there is still a possibility that a malicious path could be constructed which would not be picked up by the original fix and allow files to be written to arbitrary locations. The issue is addressed in MPXJ version 13.5.1.
`oak` is a middleware framework for Deno's native HTTP server, Deno Deploy, Node.js 16.5 and later, Cloudflare Workers and Bun. By default `oak` does not allow transferring of hidden files with `Context.send` API. However, prior to version 17.1.3, this can be bypassed by encoding `/` as its URL encoded form `%2F`. For an attacker this has potential to read sensitive user data or to gain access to server secrets. Version 17.1.3 fixes the issue.
