CVSS v3.1 |
| iniNet Solutions SpiderControl SCADA PC HMI Editor has a path traversal
vulnerability. When the software loads a malicious ‘ems' project
template file constructed by an attacker, it can write files to
arbitrary directories. This can lead to overwriting system files,
causing system paralysis, or writing to startup items, resulting in
remote control. |
An attacker with authenticated and privileged access could modify the contents of a non-sensitive file by traversing the path in the limited shell of the CLI. This security issue has been fixed in the latest version of NMC G2 which is available on the Eaton download center.
tar-fs provides filesystem bindings for tar-stream. Versions prior to 3.0.9, 2.1.3, and 1.16.5 have an issue where an extract can write outside the specified dir with a specific tarball. This has been patched in versions 3.0.9, 2.1.3, and 1.16.5. As a workaround, use the ignore option to ignore non files/directories.
An attacker with authenticated and privileged access could modify the contents of a non-sensitive file by traversing the path in the limited shell of the CLI. This security issue has been fixed in the latest version which is available on the Eaton download center.
The affected products could allow an unauthenticated attacker to overwrite files and execute arbitrary code.
A vulnerability has been found in Kingdee Cloud Galaxy Private Cloud BBC System up to 9.0 Patch April 2025 and classified as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is the function BaseServiceFactory.getFileUploadService.deleteFileAction of the file fileUpload/deleteFileAction.jhtml of the component File Handler. The manipulation of the argument filePath leads to path traversal. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. It is recommended to apply a patch to fix this issue.
ZenTaoPMS v18.11 through v21.6.beta is vulnerable to Directory Traversal in /module/ai/control.php. This allows attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted file upload
Directory traversal vulnerability in beiyuouo arxiv-daily thru 2025-05-06 (commit fad168770b0e68aef3e5acfa16bb2e7a7765d687) when parsing the the topic.yml file in the generation logic in daily_arxiv.py.
GitForge.jl is a unified interface for interacting with Git "forges." Versions prior to 5.9.1 lack input validation of input validation for user-provided values in certain functions. In the `GitHub.repo()` function, the user can provide any string for the `repo_name` field. These inputs are not validated or safely encoded and are sent directly to the server. This means a user can add path traversal patterns like `../` in the input to access any other endpoints on `api.github.com` that were not intended. Users should upgrade immediately to v5.9.1 or later to receive a patch. All prior versions are vulnerable. No known workarounds are available.
SysmonElixir is a system monitor HTTP service in Elixir. Prior to version 1.0.1, the /read endpoint reads any file from the server's /etc/passwd by default. In v1.0.1, a whitelist was added that limits reading to only files under priv/data. This issue has been patched in version 1.0.1.
A path traversal vulnerability in unauthenticated upload functionality allows a malicious actor to upload binaries and scripts to the server’s configuration and web root directories, achieving remote code execution on the Unified PAM server.
A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, has been found in ashinigit 天青一白 XueShengZhuSu 学生住宿管理系统 up to 4d3f0ada0e71482c1e51fd5f5615e5a3d8bcbfbb. This issue affects some unknown processing of the file /upload/ of the component Image File Upload. The manipulation of the argument File leads to path traversal. The attack may be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. This product takes the approach of rolling releases to provide continious delivery. Therefore, version details for affected and updated releases are not available.
CWE-22: Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability exists that could cause remote code execution when an authenticated attacker with admin privileges uploads a malicious file over HTTP which then gets executed.
CWE-22: Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability exists that could cause unauthorized access to sensitive files when an authenticated attackers uses a crafted path input that is processed by the system.
Powered BLUE Server versions 0.20130927 and prior contain a path traversal vulnerability. If this vulnerability is exploited, an arbitrary file in the affected product may be disclosed.
Improper limitation of a pathname to a restricted directory ('Path Traversal') issue exists in SS1 Ver.16.0.0.10 and earlier (Media version:16.0.0a and earlier). If this vulnerability is exploited, arbitrary files may be viewed by a remote unauthenticated attacker.
auth0-PHP is an SDK for Auth0 Authentication and Management APIs. In versions 3.3.0 through 8.16.0, the Bulk User Import endpoint in applications built with the SDK does not validate the file-path wrapper or value. Without proper validation, affected applications may accept arbitrary file paths or URLs. The vulnerability affects any application that either directly uses the Auth0-PHP SDK (versions 3.3.0–8.16.0) or indirectly relies on those versions through the Auth0/symfony, Auth0/laravel-auth0, or Auth0/wordpress SDKs. This issue is fixed in version 8.17.0.
Luanox is a module host for Lua packages. Prior to 0.1.1, a file traversal vulnerability can cause potential denial of service by overwriting Phoenix runtime files. Package names like ../../package are not properly filtered and pass the validity check of the rockspec verification system. This causes the uploaded file to be stored at the relative path location. If planned carefully, this could overwrite a runtime file and cause the website to crash. This vulnerability is fixed by 0.1.1.
tar-fs provides filesystem bindings for tar-stream. Versions prior to 3.1.1, 2.1.3, and 1.16.5 are vulnerable to symlink validation bypass if the destination directory is predictable with a specific tarball. This issue has been patched in version 3.1.1, 2.1.4, and 1.16.6. A workaround involves using the ignore option on non files/directories.
| An authentication-bypass vulnerability exists in AiCloud. This vulnerability can be triggered by an unintended side effect of the Samba functionality, potentially leading to allow execution of specific functions without proper authorization.
