| CVE-2026-81705 | 1 Jahlives | 1 Openssl Encrypt | 2026-09-01 | 7.5 High |
| openssl-encrypt before 1.4.9 fails to redact the file password in its --debug argv dump when the password is supplied via bundled short-option spellings (e.g. -apHunter2) or abbreviated long-option spellings (e.g. --passw). The sanitizer only recognized exact option names, --option=value forms, and tokens starting with -p, so these spellings bypass the redaction chokepoint and the cleartext password is written to stderr. Anyone with access to that output (terminal scrollback, merged 2>&1 output, CI job logs, or the GUI's persistent debug log) can recover the password. | ||||
| CVE-2026-65087 | 2 Linux, Nvidia | 2 Linux Kernel, Nemoclaw | 2026-09-01 | 5.6 Medium |
| NVIDIA NemoClaw contains a vulnerability where an attacker could cause insufficiently protected credentials . A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to information disclosure and data tampering. | ||||
| CVE-2026-74880 | 1 Jahlives | 1 Openssl Encrypt | 2026-09-01 | 9.8 Critical |
| openssl_encrypt versions before 1.4.0 accept refresh tokens as URL query parameters in keyserver and telemetry server routes. Attackers can extract tokens from server logs, proxy logs, browser history, and HTTP Referer headers to gain unauthorized access. | ||||
| CVE-2026-61792 | 1 Weblate | 1 Weblate | 2026-09-01 | 7.7 High |
| Weblate is a web-based continuous localization platform used to manage software translations. In versions prior to 2026.7, a project administrator can read files outside their repository through the App store metadata download feature, which resolves attacker-influenced paths without adequately confining them to the repository. This is an incomplete fix for CVE-2026-34242, whose original patch failed to fully prevent the path traversal, allowing the arbitrary file read to persist. A user with project-administrator privileges can therefore disclose the contents of files on the Weblate host that lie outside the project's repository. This issue is fixed in version 2026.7. | ||||

| CVE-2026-19032 | 1 Fasterxml | 1 Jackson-databind | 2026-09-01 | 5.3 Medium |
| jackson-databind's deserializer for java.nio.file.Path resolves an attacker-supplied URI without restricting the URI scheme. In JDKFromStringDeserializer.NioPathHelper.deserialize, a string bound from untrusted JSON is passed to new URI(value) and then to Path.of(uri). When that throws FileSystemNotFoundException, the code enumerates ServiceLoader<FileSystemProvider> and calls provider.getPath(uri) on the first provider whose scheme matches the attacker-chosen scheme. Untrusted JSON can therefore select and drive an arbitrary registered FileSystemProvider during readValue under a default JsonMapper, and forces provider class loading at the same time. With only the JDK built-in providers (file, jar/zipfs) present, the resolved path is inert and no mount or network I/O occurs; further impact requires a side-effecting third-party FileSystemProvider on the classpath. This affects com.fasterxml.jackson.core:jackson-databind from 2.8.0 before 2.18.10, from 2.19.0 before 2.21.6, and from 2.22.0 before 2.22.2, and tools.jackson.core:jackson-databind from 3.0.0 before 3.1.6 and from 3.2.0 before 3.2.2. Users should upgrade to 2.18.10, 2.21.6, 2.22.2, 3.1.6, or 3.2.2. Binding java.nio.file.Path from untrusted JSON should be avoided regardless of version. | ||||
| CVE-2026-83497 | 3 Amazon, Aws, Opensearch | 3 Amazon Opensearch Service, Amazon Opensearch Service, Opensearch | 2026-09-01 | 8.8 High |
| Unrestricted deserialization of untrusted data in the cursor pagination component in the OpenSearch SQL plugin allows a remote authenticated user with basic read/search permissions to execute arbitrary code on the server by sending a crafted cursor parameter to the plugins/sql endpoint. | ||||
| CVE-2026-48746 | 2 Vllm, Vllm-project | 2 Vllm, Vllm | 2026-09-01 | 9.1 Critical |
| vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models (LLMs). From 0.3.0 until 0.22.0, a vulnerability in ASGI web servers and starlette's trust on those web servers enables an authentication bypass of the OpenAI API AuthenticationMiddleware. It allows to use the API without providing the configured VLLM_API_KEY or --api-key. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.22.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-82020 | 1 Nousresearch | 1 Hermes-agent | 2026-09-01 | 6.8 Medium |
| Hermes Agent 0.16.0 prior to 0.17.0 contains an improper path restriction vulnerability that allows attackers who can influence ingested message content to overwrite the credential store by bypassing sensitive-path guards that excluded the auth.json file. Attackers can craft malicious messages directing the agent's file-write tooling to overwrite the credential store without triggering any path-based protection, enabling credential tampering or unauthorized access. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55569 | 1 Aquaproj | 1 Aqua | 2026-09-01 | 6.6 Medium |
| aqua is a declarative command-line version manager written in Go. Prior to 2.60.1, pkg/unarchive/archives.go in the handler.HandleFile method calls os.Symlink with archives.FileInfo.LinkTarget without verifying that the target remains under the extraction destination. A later regular-file entry at the same archive path is opened with OpenFile using O_CREATE and O_WRONLY, which follows the attacker-planted symlink. A malicious or compromised package archive can therefore write attacker-controlled bytes outside aqua's extraction directory with the privileges of the user running aqua, potentially overwriting shell startup files, tool configuration, or writable executable paths. This issue is fixed in version 2.60.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55215 | 1 Mariadb-corporation | 1 Mariadb-connector-nodejs | 2026-09-01 | 7.5 High |
| MariaDB Connector/Node.js is used to connect applications developed on Node.js to MariaDB and MySQL databases. Prior to versions 3.3.3, 3.4.6, and 3.5.3, when ssl is enabled without a pinned CA or server certificate, MariaDB Connector/Node.js sends credentials before completing certificate fingerprint validation. In lib/cmd/handshake/auth/handshake.js, a server that selects mysql_clear_password as the initial authentication plugin can receive the password before the post-TLS identity check. In lib/cmd/handshake/authentication.js, an authentication switch can evaluate the previous plugin instead of the requested target plugin, allowing mysql_clear_password to send the credential first. An active man-in-the-middle can present a self-signed certificate, capture the database password, and use it to authenticate directly even though the connector later rejects the server and closes the connection. This issue is fixed in versions 3.3.3, 3.4.6, and 3.5.3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55854 | 1 Mariadb | 1 Connector-nodejs | 2026-08-31 | 5.9 Medium |
| MariaDB Connector/Node.js is used to connect applications developed on Node.js to MariaDB and MySQL databases. Prior to 3.2.4, 3.3.3, 3.4.6, and 3.5.3, MariaDB Connector/Node.js can disclose an account password when PAM dialog authentication is negotiated over an insecure transport. In lib/cmd/handshake/auth/pam-password-auth.js and lib/cmd/handshake/authentication.js, the SendPamAuthPacketFactory behavior for the server-side plugin dialog lacked the secure-transport gate applied to mysql_clear_password. With the default sslMode=DISABLE and restrictedAuth=null settings, a hostile or on-path server can send an Authentication Switch Request for dialog over plain TCP, causing the connector to return the account password in cleartext. Properly verified TLS and a local Unix socket prevent this path, while fingerprint-only server identity validation is not sufficient. This issue is fixed in versions 3.2.4, 3.3.3, 3.4.6, and 3.5.3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55857 | 1 Mariadb | 1 Connector-j | 2026-08-31 | 5.9 Medium |
| MariaDB Connector/J is used to connect applications developed in Java to MariaDB and MySQL databases. Prior to 2.7.14, 3.3.5, 3.4.3, and 3.5.9, PAM dialog authentication can be coerced into transmitting the account password over an insecure connection. The mysql_clear_password plugin is gated behind a secure transport, but the sibling PAM handler SendPamAuthPacketFactory, named dialog by the server, does not declare that requirement and inherits the default secure-required value false; older branches implement the same affected behavior in SendPamAuthPacket. A hostile or man-in-the-middle server can send an Authentication Switch Request for dialog over plain TCP, causing the driver to return the user's password in cleartext when sslMode=DISABLE and restrictedAuth=null, which is the default configuration. Properly verified TLS and local Unix sockets are not exposed to this transport vector. This issue is fixed in versions 2.7.14, 3.3.5, 3.4.3, and 3.5.9. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55860 | 1 Mariadb | 1 Connector-r2dbc | 2026-08-31 | 5.9 Medium |
| MariaDB Connector/R2DBC is a non-blocking MariaDB and MySQL client implemented in Java. Prior to 1.4.1, org.mariadb:r2dbc-mariadb does not gate clear-text password authentication plugins on transport encryption because the AuthenticationPlugin interface has no capability for a plugin to require a secure connection. A hostile or man-in-the-middle MariaDB server can send an AuthSwitchRequest naming mysql_clear_password or dialog (PAM) over a plain-TCP unencrypted connection, and AuthenticationFlow permits ClearPasswordPluginFlow or PamPluginFlow to return the user's password as cleartext bytes on the wire. The disclosed credentials can subsequently be used to authenticate directly to the database server. This issue is fixed in version 1.4.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-51368 | 2026-08-31 | 9.8 Critical | ||
| An issue in Beijing Tongtech Co., Ltd tongweb v.7.0.24 in the Spring HttpInovkerServiceExporter component allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code via a crafted request to the console/heimdall endpoint | ||||
| CVE-2026-82248 | 1 Gitoxidelabs | 1 Gitoxide | 2026-08-31 | 5.3 Medium |
| gix-worktree-state before 0.33.0 (part of gitoxide) allows writing files outside the worktree on Windows. gix_worktree_state::checkout() follows an existing terminal symlink during non-exclusive (incremental) materialization (destination_is_initially_empty: false) when core.symlinks is true. If a symlink entry (mode 120000) is first checked out at a path P pointing outside the worktree, a subsequent incremental checkout of a regular-file entry (mode 100644) at the same path follows the existing reparse point and writes the blob content through the link, overwriting files outside the worktree. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55856 | 1 Mariadb-corporation | 1 Mariadb-connector-j | 2026-08-31 | 5.9 Medium |
| MariaDB Connector/J is used to connect applications developed in Java to MariaDB and MySQL databases. Prior to 2.7.14, 3.3.5, 3.4.3, and 3.5.9, when a Java application connects with sslMode=verify-full or sslMode=verify-ca, supplies a password, and does not configure serverSslCert or trustStore, Connector/J can accept an untrusted self-signed certificate through the fallbackToSystemTrustStore=true ephemeral trust manager and record its certFingerprint for later identity binding. The OK-packet and authentication-switch paths enforce the certificate fingerprint, but the initial-handshake path does not. HandshakeResponse.encode() can therefore build and send a mysql_clear_password response before checking certFingerprint != null && !isMitMProof(), sslMode, or whether the authentication plugin is resistant to a man-in-the-middle, and the initial path also bypasses restrictedAuth. An active man-in-the-middle or hostile server can present a self-signed certificate, claim to be MariaDB, select mysql_clear_password as the initial authentication plugin, and receive the full database password before the connection is rejected. This issue is fixed in versions 2.7.14, 3.3.5, 3.4.3, and 3.5.9. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55785 | 1 Free5gc | 1 Free5gc | 2026-08-31 | 3.7 Low |
| free5GC is an open-source implementation of the 5G core network. Prior to 1.4.5, the AUSF component performs cryptographic authentication comparisons in internal/sbi/processor/ue_authentication.go with ordinary equality helpers. Auth5gAkaComfirmRequestProcedure compares RES* and XRES* with strings.EqualFold and logs the expected XRES* value at INFO level before comparison. EapAuthComfirmRequestProcedure compares AT_MAC and XMAC with bytes.Equal and evaluates XRES == RES with ordinary string equality. These comparisons can return at mismatch-dependent times, although testing did not demonstrate a practical remote timing oracle because of HTTP/SBI timing noise. The INFO log exposes authentication material to operators, log collectors, sidecars, or processes able to read AUSF logs. This issue is fixed in version 1.4.5. | ||||
